Once the contract is signed and we have agreed on a start date, we can really get to work. There will be carpenters, supplier deliveries, and/or different trades on the job site daily throughout the construction process. This helps us keep your project on time and on budget. Our dynamic scheduling allows us to have just the right amount of people on the job for any given day. Believe it or not, too many people on the job site can actually slow the process down! Building a home from start to finish is a methodical process being that many trades rely on one another to continue making progress. It is important that we maintain a safe and clean job site during construction. The John Springstead Construction field and office staff are available to discuss questions and concerns about the construction process.
