BEFORE YOU ARE A CLIENT

GETTING TO KNOW YOU & YOUR PROJECT

After completing the John Springstead Construction Client Intake Form, John will review your submission and contact you to talk more about your project and the next steps. 

INITIAL MEETING, complimentary

Once we receive a set of plans for your project, we will reach out to you to schedule a site visit to meet you, see your home, and talk about your proposed project. This meeting is typically 1 hour and helps us understand your needs and discuss our process with you to see if we are a good fit for each other.

PRELIMINARY
BUDGET, complimentary

After our initial meeting we will put together a Preliminary Budget. This budget will provide a monetary range for your project and is based on work we have completed in the recent past and a quick analysis of the plans provided. This allows us to open up a conversation with you about how best to refine your budget. 

If you are comfortable with the budget number presented, you can request to enter into our Pre Construction phase. This service has a fee that is established by the size of the project. The Pre Construction phase is an essential step to start working towards a contract with us. The fee is applied in full to your project if and when John Springstead Construction is awarded the job.
